* SOUTH WINDS WILL BECOME MODERATE AND GUSTY AT 15 TO 30 MPH
TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY BELOW 6000 FEET. ABOVE 6000 FEET
STRONGER WINDS OF 30 TO 50 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 40 TO 60 MPH ARE
