WISCONSIN LATE TONIGHT. WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS IN THE 5 TO 10 MPH
RANGE...COMBINED WITH SUB-ZERO TEMPERATURES...WILL SEND WIND CHILL
VALUES DOWN INTO THE 10 BELOW TO 20 BELOW ZERO RANGE ACROSS NORTH
CENTRAL AND CENTRAL WISCONSIN. THESE VERY COLD WIND CHILLS ARE
EXPECTED TO PERSIST THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING BEFORE IMPROVING
SLIGHTLY FOR THE AFTERNOON.
SUB-ZERO WIND CHILL READINGS ARE LIKELY BY LATE TONIGHT.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY
THE COMBINATION OF COLD TEMPERATURES AND WEST WINDS WILL CREATE
