* MODERATE FLOODING IS OCCURRING.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL RISE TO NEAR 15.4 FEET BY TOMORROW EARLY
AFTERNOON THEN BEGIN A SLOW FALL.
* AT 14.2 FEET...EXTENSIVE FLOODING OF SWAMPLANDS MAY BE EXPECTED.
LOGGING OPERATIONS AND CATTLE GRAZING SHOULD BE MOVED TO HIGHER
